However, in some circumstances, the process may take a bit longer but should never exceed 3 weeks. You will receive a separate email when the goods are despatched by us. Returns Policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you are entitled to return it within 7 working days from the day you have received your goods. Please ensure to return the items in exactly the same state as you received them. Your statutory rights are not affected.
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of earings (or any other piercing items).
How do I return an item?
To return any item, you should contact us in advance. We will provide you with the return address, where you should send the goods. We are not responsible for goods that were sent to the wrong address or sent without prior contact with us.
Once we have received your package, we will contact you (email or phone) to confirm that fact. Funds will be returned directly to your bank account. Please note that we will not keep your bank account number beyond the point of a refund transfer.
It may take up to 7 days for the money to be visible on your account statement.
